Dear SLS customer

Firstly, we would like to say a massive thank you to all the messages of support we have received in the last week.
 
As you can imagine, we are experiencing an extremely high volume of questions and requests due to schools closing their doors on Friday 20th March 2020 for the foreseeable future. We would like to make you aware that your booking query is extremely important to us and we are working around the clock to ensure that all future payments are not debited from your account.
 
Unfortunately, there is no easy way for us to administer this due to it being a manual process. Alongside the increased volume we are working through, we have also faced a system fault which we are in the process of rectifying as soon as possible.
 
We would like to thank you for your continued patience and send our best wishes to you and your families during this challenging time.
