Hire out your school

We’re proud to partner with more than 300 schools across the UK, helping every single one to engage their local community and maximise their income. We do this by making it simple to hire out classrooms, sports facilities, drama studios and other free spaces during evenings, weekends and school holidays – at no cost.

Since 2012, we have generated more than £13m of much-needed funding for the schools we work with. It’s because of this that we are still the largest national provider of community lettings in the UK.

We understand that teaching and learning comes first, every time. With our simple bookings, friendly team and regional experts, we take care of every aspect involved in renting your facilities – everything from marketing and HR to logistics and health and safety.

And we don’t stop there – our dedicated sport and leisure assistants will be on-site every time someone uses your facilities. From setting up to locking the doors after hirers have gone, we give you peace of mind that your school is in safe hands.

How much does it cost a school to work with School Lettings Solutions?

There are no costs involved when partnering with us. From our initial meeting, through to your official onboarding and hiring out your spaces, we won’t charge you a penny.

Put simply, we never fail to help a school generate more lettings income than ever before. We can also contractually guarantee a fixed amount so schools never lose out on their lettings revenue stream.

What if we already generate our level of lettings income?

Put simply, we never fail to help a school generate more lettings income than ever before. We can also contractually guarantee a fixed amount so schools never lose out on their lettings revenue stream.

Will we be kept informed of who is using our facilities and what activities are taking place?

We will work alongside you to produce a lettings development plan at the beginning of our partnership to help you achieve your aims.

You will then be kept updated with who is using your space and what activity is happening during every letting via our interactive website. This is updated on a daily basis and you will also receive a fortnightly rota of which of our staff members are on-site.

What if we require the school facilities for our own events such as parents’ evenings and school productions?

Our schools-first policy means that you will always be able to use your own facilities whenever you need to – any lettings are simply rescheduled.

How is safeguarding and insurance dealt with?

All of our staff are fully trained to specific NSPCC safeguarding guidelines, and hold a DBS check.

Before the use of any facilities, every who wants to hire a space must complete and sign our safeguarding agreement and conditions of use, as well as providing any public liability insurance documents.
